Reverend Chester L. McGensy was born and reared in Fresno California. His wife of 25 years, Janetta, is a Vice- Principal with Fresno Unified School District. They have three sons, Chester Lee III, a 2nd year law student at The University of San Francisco, Jason Paul, a senior at Pepperdine University and Kevin James, a sophomore. . .
