THIS WE BELIEVE

1. The Holy Trinity of the Godhead. One God manifested through three persons: Father (Yahweh), Son (Yeshua), and Holy Spirit. (Matt 3:16-17; 1 Cor 12:3; II Cor 13:14; Matt 28:19)

2. The Biblical creation. The Omniscient El-Shaddi (Almighty) spoke the world into existence and created mankind from the dust. (Genesis Chapters 1 & 2)

3. The closed Canon of the (66) Books of the Holy Bible is absolutely inerrant, unadulterated, and authoritative in its original autograph. (II Tim 3:16-17; II Pet 1:21)

4. The Absolute authority of the Holy Bible in the local church governs over any other document. (Col 4:16; Acts 17:10-11)

5. The Incarnate Word, God became flesh in the person of Jesus the Christ. (John 1:1; 1:14; Phil 2:6-8)

6. The divine conception (seed of the Holy Spirit) virgin birth, and sinless life and character of Jesus, and His authority over all. (Isa 7:14; Luke 24:38-40; Matt 28:18)

7. The exemplary life, expiatory death, bodily resurrection, glorious ascension, and soon return of Jesus for His Bride, the Church. (II Cor 5:21; Mark 15:37; Matt 28:1-8; Acts 1:9-11)

8. That eternal salvation comes by regeneration, and faith alone, by confession in the person of Jesus Christ, through Holy Spirit Baptism. (Rom 10:9-13; Eph 2:8-9)

9. The ordinance of water baptism by immersion, as an outward sign of Spirit baptism, which produces an inward work of God’s grace and peace. (Matt 28:19; Acts 10:47; John 1:33; Titus 3:4-7)

10. The ordinance of the Lord’s Supper, in memory of His vicarious death, burial, and resurrection. (I Cor 11:23-26)

11. The Holy Spirit gifts are to be operative in the lives of the saints (holy ones) under the control of the Holy Spirit, only as He give gifts to His body. (I Cor 12:1-31; Rom 12:3-8; Eph 4:11-12)

12. Worshiping Jehovah/Elohim is the focus on keeping the Sabbath Day (Saturday) holy (day of rest)! Jesus came to be the saints rest. “The Lord’s Day” is Sunday. We worship and rest in Him. (Isa 58:13-14; Mark 2:27-28; Matt 28:1; Acts 20:7)

13. The divinely appointed Bishop/Pastor has been given full Biblical authority over the local parish church. (Acts 20:28; John 21:17; I Pet 5:1-3)

14. The Bible authorizes male clergy leadership only over His church; females are not to rule over males in the home or the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. (I Tim. 3:1; Eph 5:23; I Tim 2:12-13; I Cor 11:8-9; I Pet 3:1)

15. God visits and rules His local church through His divinely appointed Bishops/Pastors; not a board of directors, moderator, board of trustees, or board of deacons, or any other group or document. It is the Bishop/Pastor who gives direction from God’s Holy Word to the church body. (I Tim 2:7; Acts 20:28; Heb 13:7; 13:17; I Pet 5:1-3)

16. We embrace the autonomy of the local church, as was the practice in the first and second century believers, in all its affairs; and not controlled by any associations, and or conventions. (Col 4:15; I Cor 12:12-14; I Cor 16:19; Acts 16:5)

17. We hold to the sanctity of human life as a gift from God, and we reject abortion. Life and death are in God’s hands. (Zech 12:1; Jer 1:5; Ps 139:14; Isa 44:2)

18. We reject euthanasia (mercy killing) for any reason.
(Exo 20:13; Gen 9:6; II Sam 1:16)

19. The Bible order of the family consists of marriage between a male and female only, for propagation of the human race – no matter what the culture does; the Holy Church is not governed by the culture, but by the Holy Bible. (Gen 1:26-27; 2:18; Rom 12:2; Matt 19:4-6; Acts 5:29)

20. The Bible teaches that the husband is the spiritual head of his wife, and both are to submit to each other within the marriage union. Furthermore, only heterosexual relationships represent Biblical marriage between a husband and a wife (male & female). Gen 2:24; Eph 5:21-33)

21. Homosexual practice is sinfully perverted as taught in the Holy Bible. The divine norm for marriage is monogamy, and this has been the norm for marriage since creation. (Gen 1:27; Gen 2:24; Lev 18:22; Lev 20:13; Rom 1:26-27)

22. We reject the so called “Bible Codes” philosophy, for the Word of God is not hidden. (I Cor 14:33; Deu 30:11; Acts 26:26; II Cor 4:2-3)
